Rapid technological advancement and the complexities of an increasingly diverse blind and visually-impaired population are confronting today’s Orientation and Mobility practitioners, researchers, and interrelated disciplines. The IMC 15 conference will explore and promote the exchange of knowledge and practices, both between and within countries, in areas linked to research and intervention, such as:
